01About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Doctors Dose website and your purchase of our products. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Doctors Dose is operated by Doctors Dose Ltd, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Doctors Dose Ltd.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.

03Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

04Products and medical disclaimer

Our products are specialist skincare formulations. The information we provide — including assessments, protocols and ingredient guidance — is for general skincare purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional about any medical condition, and before starting a new product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a known sensitivity. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

05Patch testing and your responsibility

You are responsible for using our products safely, sensibly and in line with the instructions and any guidance provided. Skincare products can affect people differently, and results and reactions vary from person to person.

Before using any product for the first time, you must carry out a patch test:

• Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin, such as the inner forearm.
• Wait at least 24 hours and check for any redness, itching, swelling or irritation.
• Do not use the product on your face or body if any reaction occurs.

By purchasing and using our products you accept that it is your responsibility to patch test, to follow the usage instructions, to check the ingredients against any known allergies or sensitivities, and to stop use and seek professional advice if you experience any adverse reaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for reactions or outcomes arising from failure to patch test or to follow the instructions provided.

06Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable or a price has been listed in error.

Before you can pay, you must tick the box at checkout confirming that you have read and accept these terms — in particular that customs duties and import taxes are payable by you, and that all sales are final and non-refundable. We record that acceptance against your order.

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region (for example £ GBP or AED) and include applicable taxes where indicated. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order.

07Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

08Delivery

We deliver to the regions listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

09Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees

All orders ship delivered duty unpaid (DDU). The price you pay at checkout covers the products and, where shown, our delivery charge only — it does not include any charge raised by the destination country.

If your order is delivered outside the United Arab Emirates, it may be subject to import duty, VAT or sales tax, customs clearance or brokerage fees, and any handling charge applied by the carrier. These are set by the authorities and carriers in the destination country, not by us, and:

• They are payable by you, in addition to the amount you paid us.
• They are usually collected by the carrier before or on delivery, and the parcel will not be released until they are paid.
• We cannot tell you the amount in advance — rates vary by country, product and order value.
• We declare the full value of the goods on the customs paperwork and cannot mark an order as a gift or under-declare its value.

It is your responsibility to check the import rules, duties and restrictions that apply where you live before you order. If a parcel is refused, returned or destroyed because customs charges were not paid, or because the goods are restricted in your country, no refund is due.

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance or handling fees are never refundable by us.

10Subscriptions

Where you choose a subscription, you authorise us to take recurring payments at the cadence shown until you cancel. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from your account before the next renewal date.

11No refunds

There are no refunds in any circumstances. For health and hygiene reasons, and because our products are specialist skincare formulations, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations for a refund once an order has been placed and paid for — before or after dispatch, opened or unopened.

This includes pre-orders in every respect. Pre-order payments are non-refundable in full and cannot be cancelled for a refund — a pre-order is a final sale at the time you pay.

Protocol advice or product recommendations from our team do not include a refund. Where a product arrives damaged or not as described, contact us at info@doctorsdose.co.uk so we can review what happened.

12Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, formulations, branding, images and design — is owned by or licensed to Doctors Dose Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

13Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your misuse of a product contrary to its instructions.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
