01Where we ship

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and deliver locally within the UAE as well as across the GCC and internationally. Below is the full list of destinations we currently ship to. Checkout charges delivery in the currency for that destination.

02Places we deliver to

Destinations are grouped as Local (UAE), GCC, and Zones 1–6. Choose a tier to see countries. If your destination is not listed, we cannot ship there at this time — please contact us if you need help.

03Delivery charges

We use a single standard delivery service (express is not offered) with flat-rate profiles based on where your order is going:

• Local (United Arab Emirates): AED 30 in total. UAE VAT is not added on top of this delivery charge.
• United Kingdom: £15.
• International (everywhere else we ship): $25 / AED 100.

The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

04Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Local (UAE): around 3–6 working days.
• International: around 5–8 working days, depending on the destination.

Timings are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and dispatched. They are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, courier delays or events outside our control.

05Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

06Pre-orders

Some formulas and protocols are offered as a pre-order. You pay at checkout as usual. Pre-order items are not held as a separate second purchase — they are part of the order you already paid for.

We send pre-order formulas as soon as they are available. You will receive updates by email, and you will not need to reorder those items.

• A single pre-order formula: we dispatch it when that formula is ready to ship.
• A protocol (bundle) that includes pre-order formulas: the pre-order formulas in that kit are paid for with the protocol and are sent when they become available. You do not pay again for those lines.
• An order that mixes ship-now products with pre-order items: ship-now formulas may leave first where fulfilment allows; pre-order formulas follow when they are ready. Your confirmation email flags every pre-order line.

Pre-order payments are non-refundable in full. A pre-order is a final sale at the moment you pay and cannot be cancelled for a refund — the same no-refunds policy as for regular orders. See Cancellations, returns & refunds below and our Terms of Service for full details.

07Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance for orders we ship are covered by us. They are not charged to you on delivery, and you should not be asked to pay extra customs or import tax to the carrier to receive your parcel.

For orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, any applicable VAT may be shown at checkout when configured. That VAT setting applies to UAE deliveries only.

08Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

09Cancellations, returns & refunds

There are no refunds in any circumstances. All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations for a refund — before or after dispatch, opened or unopened, and whether or not a product suits you.

The same applies to pre-orders. Pre-order payments are non-refundable in full. A pre-order is a final sale at the moment you pay and cannot be cancelled for a refund.

If a formula isn't working for you, you may still message our team for protocol advice or an alternative recommendation. That support does not include a refund. Please see our Terms of Service for full details, and always patch test before use.
