01Where we ship

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and deliver locally within the UAE as well as across the GCC and internationally. Below is the full list of destinations we currently ship to. Checkout charges delivery in the currency for that destination.

02Places we deliver to

Destinations are grouped as Local (UAE), GCC, and Zones 1–6. Choose a tier to see countries. If your destination is not listed, we cannot ship there at this time — please contact us if you need help.

03Delivery charges

We use a single standard delivery service (express is not offered) with flat-rate profiles based on where your order is going:

• Local (United Arab Emirates): AED 30 in total. UAE VAT is not added on top of this delivery charge.
• United Kingdom: £15.
• International (everywhere else we ship): $25 / AED 100.

The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

04Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Local (UAE): around 3–6 working days.
• United Kingdom: around 2–4 working days.
• International: around 5–8 working days, depending on the destination.

Timings are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and dispatched. They are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, courier delays or events outside our control.

05Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

06Customs, duties and taxes

International orders (outside the UAE) may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are not included in our delivery charge, and are the responsibility of the customer (delivered duty unpaid / DDU).

For orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, any applicable VAT may be shown at checkout when configured. That VAT setting applies to UAE deliveries only — not to GCC or other zones.

07Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

08Cancellations, returns & refunds

There are no refunds in any circumstances. All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations for a refund — before or after dispatch, opened or unopened, and whether or not a product suits you.

The same applies to pre-orders. Pre-order payments are non-refundable in full. A pre-order is a final sale at the moment you pay and cannot be cancelled for a refund.

If a formula isn't working for you, you may still message our team for protocol advice or an alternative recommendation. That support does not include a refund. Please see our Terms of Service for full details, and always patch test before use.
